*Older consoles such as Game Boy, GBA, GBA SP, DSi, DS lite, 3DS, 3DS XL, New 3DS XL, 2DS, New 2DS XL, Game Cube, Wii/Wii-U, etc, repair/replacement will take a longer duration due to parts required.
*Some original parts are no longer manufactured in the market. Most parts that we have kept for years, we no longer have in stock and will need to order.
*Parts availability will depend on the supplier, the parts required, shipping, and the quality of the parts. 
*Duration will depend on parts, shipping, when send in, how many other customer devices we have on hand and, individual customers devices issue/damge.

This issue does not apply to Nintendo Switch, Switch Lite, Switch OLED, or Switch 2 consoles
