Book an appointment for Sending in your device
Send it to our main office (Appointment needed "here to submit") or submit "here" for Pickup & Delivery Services. Diagnosis may take 2-3 working days (Terms and conditions apply). Once diagnosed, will notify the damage, charges, and duration.

Quoted & Repair
We will provide the quote for the issue/damage, charges, and duration. Will proceed with the repair/replacement once confirmed. No charges apply if customers do not wish to proceed or if it can't be repaired. Diagnosis is free.

Ready for Collection or Delivery
Once the customer's device has been repaired, we will do testing. If an issue is found, we will do another rework, and a new estimated duration will be mentioned. If all is well and tested, we will notify the customer for the collection. For delivery Will be notified as well. Payment is made upon collection or when it's about to be delivered.
